2 bell peppers (any color)

1 yellow onion

1 pound Organic Prairie® Fajita Meat

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

2 tablespoons avocado oil
-
Corn or flour tortillas

1 Avocado
-
Salsa
-
Fresh cilantro
-
1 Lime

Directions
- Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Set aside.
- Season the fajita meat with the taco seasoning.
- In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and add the veggies. Cook on medium/high until the veggies are cooked and slightly charred, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of avocado oil into the skillet. Put over medium/high heat. Add the fajita meat, and sear. Cook and flip over to ensure even cooking until the steak is done, about 5 minutes.
- Add the veggies back into the skillet with the steak to warm.
- In a clean skillet, warm tortillas and add top with the steak and veggie mixture.
- If adding toppings, add sliced avocado, salsa, cilantro, and lime.
