It doesn't have to be winter to enjoy Organic Prairie® Stew Meat! I use beef stew meat in this simple Beef & Veggie Stir Fry. This Whole30 stir fry makes a quick and easy dinner. If you are not following Whole30, you can use soy sauce in place of coconut aminos and you can also add rice!
Ingredients
-
1 pound Organic Prairie® Stew Meat
-
1 tablespoon sesame oil
-
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-
2 teaspoons minced garlic
-
8 ounces baby Bella mushrooms, quartered
-
4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
-
2 cups sliced green cabbage
-
2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
-
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
-
2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Cut the stew meat into thin strips. In a large skillet, add the sesame oil and put over medium. Add the stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- In a large wok or skillet, add the extra virgin olive oil and garlic and put over medium/high heat. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots. Sauté until the veggies are cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the green cabbage, beef, soy sauce, and sesame seeds into the veggies and stir to combine. Continue to cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until cabbage is warm. Remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with rice (optional).
