Ingredients

1 Organic Prairie® Pork Loin Roast
- 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 teaspoon minced garlic
-
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Allow the pork loin to come to room temperature. Pat dry the pork loin with paper towels. Add the pork loin to a shallow baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small dish, mix together the garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, thyme, and oregano.
- Add the minced garlic onto the pork loin. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the top of the pork loin. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top of the pork loin.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 145°F in the thickest part of the meat using a meat thermometer.
- Allow to rest for at least 3 minutes before cutting.
