Try this 5 ingredient turkey rub this holiday season! This easy turkey rub takes no time at all, for a simple, elegant, and delicious turkey that is Whole30!

1 Organic Prairie® Whole Turkey

2 tablespoons poultry seasoning

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fine sea salt

Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Make sure your turkey is defrosted. Remove packaging and the bag of giblets from the turkey. Pat dry the turkey with paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Add the turkey to a roasting pan, breast side up.
- In a small bowl, add the poultry seasoning, rosemary, pepper, and salt and mix together.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the turkey with olive oil until it’s completely coated. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the turkey and rub it into the skin until the turkey is completely coated.
- Cover the turkey with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes per pound, uncovering for the last 30 minutes of baking to get a golden brown skin. Bake until internal temperature is 165°F.
- Serve with oranges and fresh rosemary (optional).
