Ingredients

1 Organic Prairie® Ham
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper
-
1 teaspoon dried parsley
-
1 teaspoon dried thyme
-
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
-
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-
5 garlic cloves, minced
-
Fresh parsley, for serving

1 orange, for serving
Directions
- Make sure your Organic Prairie Ham is thawed. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the ham to a 5.5 quart Dutch oven or baking dish, cut side down.
- In a small dish, add the salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme and mix together. Set aside.
- In another small dish, add the spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic cloves. Stir together. Add in the spices, and stir together.
- Using your hands, rub the spice mix over the entire ham.
- Cover the ham with foil lightly. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 140°F.
- Remove foil and turn oven to 400°F and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, to brown the ham.
