Well-marbled and generously tender, our Organic Flat Iron Steak is the best of both worlds. This tender filet is known as the tenderloin of the chuck. Its marbling and tenderness give it a bold, hearty flavor making it perfect for salad or served with a side of veggies.

The flat iron steak is best prepared medium rare (130°F to 135°F internal temperature).

"Fresh to Frozen" products are products that are sold fresh in retail stores. We freeze them prior to the sell by date on the package and can ship to you with the rest of your frozen order! These items do have an expiration date printed on them. We recommend consuming these within one year of the expiration date marked on the item.

Store products in the freezer for up to 1 year of the expiration on the package. Simply thaw (in a bowl or zip bag, to be safe) for 24 hours in the fridge.

Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice. Please ensure you plan to be home when your order arrives to safely unpack and store your order.
