Also known as Outside Skirt Steak, this cut of skirt steak features an incredible balance between marbling and lean muscle, resulting in a juicy texture that’s ideal for grilling to perfection. 

Throw our organic skirt steak on the grill after marinating overnight and you will have a mouth-watering meal every time. For the best experience, cook over high heat until the internal temperature reaches 130°F, then let the steak rest for 10 minutes to redistribute the juices before slicing against the grain.

"Fresh to Frozen" products are products that are sold fresh in retail stores. We freeze them prior to the sell by date on the package and can ship to you with the rest of your frozen order! These items do have an expiration date printed on them. We recommend consuming these within one year of the expiration date marked on the item.

Store products in the freezer for up to 1 year of the expiration on the package. Simply thaw (in a bowl or zip bag, to be safe) for 24 hours in the fridge.

Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice. Please ensure you plan to be home when your order arrives to safely unpack and store your order.
