Indulge in our organic bone-in hams, smoked to perfection in small batches. With very limited quantities, these hams become the centerpiece of any holiday gathering and are fully cooked for your convenience.

As always, they are uncured, containing no nitrates or nitrites, ensuring a wholesome and delicious addition to any festive occasion.

Our hams are fully cooked and can be served cold or warm. To heat, simply season and throw in the oven at 325°F, cooking for 10 to 15 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for a gorgeous holiday-dinner-worthy ham. Be careful not to over-heat to avoid drying out.

"Fresh to Frozen" products are products that are sold fresh in retail stores. We freeze them prior to the sell by date on the package and can ship to you with the rest of your frozen order! These items do have an expiration date printed on them. We recommend consuming these within one year of the expiration date marked on the item.

Store products in the freezer for up to 1 year of the expiration on the package. Simply thaw (in a bowl or zip bag, to be safe) for 24 hours in the fridge.

Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice. Please ensure you plan to be home when your order arrives to safely unpack and store your order.

From Our Pastures to Your Table

We are more than just a purveyor of high-quality pasture-raised organic meat. We are an unlikely family of trailblazing farmers who love what we do, and who we do it for.

Farmer Owned

We are a farmer owned co-op. That means, we pay our farmers first, support them and their families, all while bringing you pasture-raised organic meat from family farms.

Original Organic Meat Company

We helped create the USDA Organic Standards and then become certified organic. We were the first certified organic meat company.
