Eighty percent lean, our pasture-raised organic ground beef strikes a fabulous balance between flavor and tenderness. Whole30 approved, farmed using sustainable agriculture methods, and expertly ground, this blend embodies the essence of comfort food at its finest. Simple to prepare, this is a great year-round staple for your freezer. This particular blend works well in Asian inspired recipes including beef dumplings or potstickers.

Since it comes packaged in a chub form, you can partially defrost and easily slice for mini burgers.

"Fresh to Frozen" products are products that are sold fresh in retail stores. We freeze them prior to the sell by date on the package and can ship to you with the rest of your frozen order! These items do have an expiration date printed on them. We recommend consuming these within one year of the expiration date marked on the item.

Store products in the freezer for up to 1 year of the expiration on the package. Simply thaw (in a bowl or zip bag, to be safe) for 24 hours in the fridge.

Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice. Please ensure you plan to be home when your order arrives to safely unpack and store your order.
