1 pound Organic Prairie® 85/15 Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/4 cup beef bone broth
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Montana Mex BBQ Sauce

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add a roasting rack on top.
- To make the meatloaf: In a medium bowl, add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bone broth, egg, ketchup, BBQ sauce, dried parsley, salt, and pepper and mix together until uniform.
- Using your hands, form the meat into a loaf that is about 9 x 4-inches and place on the roasting rack.
- To make the sauce: In a small bowl, add the BBQ sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar and whisk together. Set aside.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush the sauce on top using a pastry brush. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F. Allow to cool completely on the rack.
- Add fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
